pj999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of any actual or suspected breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to a breach, pj999 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
You may close your pj999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
